As per the CWA Constitution and the Local 13345 By Laws, “If no one nominee has a majority on the first ballot, the vote shall be taken again and the two nominees having the greatest number of votes on the first ballot shall be nominees on the second ballot.”
The two candidates receiving the greatest votes for the position of President were Nicky J. Storti and Kerry Thompson. Per the Local
13345 By Laws, “Run-off elections, if necessary, shall be held in December.” Until the run-off election is conducted and the results certified, no candidate shall claim the office of President. The Election Committee will be announcing dates for the election soon.

This election will be held concurrent with the run-off election for the office of President.
