Sales Account Manager
Job Description
Omnico has a rich heritage, stretching over 25 years, in designing, developing and deploying
innovative technology solutions to the most well-known international brands across the entertainment,
leisure and retail sectors.
In the leisure industry we provide integrated POS, comprehensive bookings and course management,
resource and financial control, membership management and business intelligence, all supported by
project management, support, training and consultancy.
We are currently seeking a Junior Sales Account Manager to own and drive software and hardware
sales in the leisure sector.
Job Description Overview
Junior Sales Account Manager Leisure
To own and drive software and hardware sales in our Leisure sector to achieve defined sales
objectives.
To provide account management to our existing customers, build customer relations, achieve sales
targets for each account and take ownership of the client relationship.
Travel nationally in support of sales in customer and partner visits, deal preparation, local events and
presentations.
Key to success is revenue and margin Growth. Build and report weekly pipeline, forecast and sales
performance.
This role will require the establishment of new accounts as well as maintaining existing relationships
with current Omnico Leisure customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities






Ownership of revenue target, providing accurate and timely pipeline, forecast and sales
reports to local sales management.
Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and management based
objectives as defined by line manager.
Manage on a pro-active and continual basis, understanding the ‘health’ of the business via
sales data, progress on incentives, new product releases, sales trending and other key
performance indicators. Review elements weekly, monthly and quarterly and drive remedial
action as appropriate.
Stay abreast of new product introductions, technological / industry advances and market
developments. Feedback product requirements to Marketing function.
Make formal sales presentations; perform product demos and coordination of appropriate
sales support personnel such as pre and post-sales support.
Manage given sales opportunities, including qualification, development of joint strategies to
win end user sales opportunities.
Experience and qualifications

Candidate must have knowledge and a keen interest of the UK Leisure Industry, ideally
having worked in a leisure centre environment.
Experience of working in the Public Sector.
Demonstrable knowledge of POS market products and services in the private and public
sectors.
Interest in IT and is keen to learn more as this role develops.



