How to Format Homework
Whenever you turn in work, be sure to:
1. Include your name, your class section, the assignment, and the due date. Use the proper header as
shown in class and on the sample below.
2. Include the question and the question number. This will make your homework more useful for exam
preparation.
3. Write neatly with black or blue ink, or type. If you type, use Times New Roman 12-point font and
double space lines.
4. If you make a mistake, draw a line through it and move on. You don't need to erase, scribble it out, or
start over.
