Dear Sir,
We invite your most competitive offer in the attached format on Page no. 3, with earliest
possible response period for lifting of waste scum of ETP specifications mentioned in offer
fomat (Page 3). Your offer should be based on following considerations:

2. Due Date: 19.02.2015
3. The offer should be submitted in sealed cover super scribing on the top left hand corner

For rejection
4. Offer received after due date for whatsoever reason may be rejected. We will no
be
responsible for postal delays.
5. Offer should valid for acceptance, for 60 days from date for submission of offer.
6. It will not be binding on us to accept the highest offer.
7. Right to accept/reject any/all offers without assigning reason is reserved by us.
8. offers which are incomplete or not meeting the conditions or only for part items are liable
for rejection.
9. You have to lift material within 7 days after date of confirmation.
10. Other terms -conditions & offer format are as mentioned in Annexure (Page 2 & 3).

ANNEXURE
Please read the following terms carefully & submit your most lucrative offers to us in the
enclosed format.
1) Any applicable Taxes, Excise levies etc. on waste item will have to be borne by the
contractor and the rates shall be quoted exclusive of all applicable taxes.
2) You have to lift above mentioned material from Mother Dairy, Gandhinagar
premises in “AS IS & Where is” condition.
3) You have to submit EMD of Rs. 5,000 /- (Interest free) on award of contract which
will be returned after completion of contract within 45 days.
4) Material will be sold on % FAT basis. Offered rate should for FAT. Rate would be calculated
on pro rata basis as per sampling.
5) Sampling for FAT% will be done in presence of QC, vendor, ETP I/c at the time of lifting of
material. It would be final % and should acceptable to all
6) Before coming to lift the material you have to arrange empty barrels at your cost &
also bring labour to fill ETP waste scum into those barrels.
7) Transportation charges for lifting the material will be in your scope.
8) The amount for material to be lifted should be deposited in advance by way of DD at
Mother Dairy’s Account’s department.
9) You will take due care in performance of the allocated work in time & shall engage
adequate personnel to ensure the same. You shall not make any loss/damage caused
by the workmen engaged by you to the properties of Mother dairy. You will have to
abide by the directives of the Mother Dairy with regard to conduct and movement of
your workmen in Mother Dairy premises.
10) Mother Dairy Management reserves the right to cancel the order without assigning
any reason. Decision of Sr. General Manager – Mother Dairy shall be final and
binding to all.
11) We are ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 22000:2005 Company; we follow
sustainable eco-friendly processes in our company and expect the same to be
followed in your company.
12) You shall submit in writing, disposal plan for the material being lifted from Mother
Dairy. Kindly ensure maximum recycling of material lifted from Mother Dairy. The
material lifted from Mother Dairy, Gandhinagar must not be used for any activity
which is harmful for environment.
