1. an unlimited number of floating rate notes due 2024 and an unlimited number of
GBP payment in kind notes due 2024
2. up to USD 20,000,000 pounds sterling equivalent revolving floating rate notes due
2024 and an unlimited number of GBP payment in kind notes due 2024; and
3. up to USD 20,000,000 Euro equivalent revolving floating rate notes due 2024 and an
unlimited number of EUR payment in kind notes due 2024,
(the “Notes”)
Re-organisation of Issuer’s group and notice of de-listing
Please be advised that, as a result of a re-organisation of the Issuer’s group, the rights and
obligations under the instruments constituting the Notes of the Issuer were novated on 5 August
2016 to LSP Investco Limited, a majority-owned subsidiary company of the Issuer.
The Issuer has requested the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange to remove the Notes currently
listed on the Official List of the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange, with immediate effect.
