An unforgettable trip
I have an unforgettable trip in my life. When I was in senior high school, I had a
chance to be an international volunteer to Indonesia. Since then, I changed my
perspective of Indonesia.
There are two unforgettable points to me. The first one is food. Before I went to
Indonesia, I was afraid that I would not like the food. However, after I tasted
Indonesian food, it was wonderful. Moreover, some kinds of food are just like
Taiwanese food! The other one is people. The people are hospitable and passionate.
One day, we went to row the boat. Suddenly, my cellphone fell into the lake. The local
people jumped into the lake regardless of personal safety to find my cellphone.
In this trip, I can feel Indonesian’s passion and expand my horizons. I hope I will
have chance to go to Indonesia again.
