Create a scenario in which you are the business manager or owner.
 Give the name and nature of the business
Write a plan for hiring a new employee.
 Include the job name and qualifications
Write out a plan for evaluating/appraising the employee.
 Include at what intervals you would evaluate
 Include what behaviors/skills you would evaluate
Write out a plan for terminating the employee.
 Give reasons you might terminate
 Tell how you would handle bringing this up to the employee
 Tell what you would ask in the exit interview
